Permanent
22.5 hours per week Term Time Only.
Monday to Friday (flexible hours to meet service needs)
Based at: St Joseph Juniors, Nobel Avenue, Port Talbot SA12 6YN
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements in relation to preparation and cooking in large, as well as small numbers of meals for children.
You should also understand the relative application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 Award in professional Catering or relevant experience. Also a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
