Your new role
In this role as HR Manager, you will be a strategic HR partner, aligning the workforce with organisational goals by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will act as a key link between employees and management, ensuring effectivemunication, engagement, and support for a positive workplace experience.
You’ll lead core HR operations to support a positive and productive workplace. This will include:
1. Managing employee relations, performance, and attendance.
2. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and safety training.
3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Administering benefits, leave, andpliance with employment and union agreements.
5. Partnering with management on workforce planning and staffing needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, and to be successful in the post, you are required to have the following:
7. Strong knowledge of employment law, HRpliance, and workplace safety.
8. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills with discretion and empathy.
9. Calm, measured approach to problem-solving.
10. Experience with union and collective bargaining agreements.
11. Be able to demonstrate experience in a management role.
12. Proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
13. Full UK driving licence.
