Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established franchise main dealer group, with a site located near Basingstoke. Our client is eager to add an experienced Sales Executive to their team. A superb five-day week offering, specifically representing an emerging new model.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
* Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership\'s stock, pricing, and finance options.
The Package
* Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm - Day off in the week.
* Saturday - 8:30am - 4:00pm.
* No Sundays!!
* £20,000 basic + bonus - Circa £50,000+
