Head of Estates – BTR (6 Months FTC)
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Estates to lead operations across a large residential Build to Rent development in the Midlands.
This is a site based leadership role responsible for overseeing the estate and common areas, ensuring high operational standards, compliance and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the on site estates team
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
* Manage contractors and service partners
* Ensure full health and safety compliance
* Monitor budgets and service charge expenditure
* Act as the main operational contact for stakeholders and clients
* Support delivery of projects, defects management and estate improvements
Requirements:
* Strong estates or facilities management experience
* Residential or BTR experience preferred
* Proven team leadership and contractor management skills
* Confident managing stakeholders and operational performance
* Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
This role is offered on a 6 months fixed term contract with an immediate start preferred.
