We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Birmingham City Centre office. We’re on a mission to become Birmingham’s leading social housing recruitment agency. As we move into our brand-new, 120-person office this February, we’re hiring the next generation of Junior Recruiters to join us on this exciting journey.
You'll have training each week from our in-house Learning and Development Manager, receiving in excess of 65 hours coaching over a 12-week programme. This includes:
1. 7 hours video training across 20 modules
2. Three sessions of 60-90 minutes classroom training and group coaching sessions per week
3. Weekly bespoke individual coaching sessions at desk
4. Weekly practical tasks and exercises to practice and embed the new skills you're learning

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be:
26. Cold-calling candidates and clients and building relationships
27. Working in a fast-paced, sales environment
28. Generating sales leads and dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
29. Researching your market and learning about your sector to become a specialist
30. Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
31. Business development calls
32. Interviewing candidates for roles
33. Working towards targets and daily KPI’s
The base salary for this role is £24,000, with an increase after 9 months to £26,000 and the ability to earn up to £38,000 with commission in your first year.
