Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Greater London for a Senior Developer Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable and strong communicator, responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
MUST already be in UK and able to commute to London City on a regular basis
7+ years prior experience in development roles
Qualifications
* ESSENTIAL Full Java stack proficiency
* ESSENTIAL Experience with REACT
* Familiarity with LLM development and implementation desirable
* UX design experience is desirable
* Market Data experience is a plus
* Expertise in Software Development and proficiency in Programming
* Proven experience in Team Leadership and effectively mentoring team members
* Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Experience working with Web Applications
* Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field desirable
