* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
* Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and productivity.
* Manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction within the Paisley office.
* Support organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities.

A successful HR Manager should have:
