Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Welcome customers to the showroom, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of bathroom products, including sanitaryware, brassware, tiles, furniture, and accessories. Prepare and present quotations, product specifications, and design options. Manage customer accounts from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring excellent communication throughout. Work closely with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate orders and deliveries. Maintain showroom displays to ensure products are presented attractively and accurately. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Handle after-sales support, including resolving customer queries or issues. Keep up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings. Essential requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand technical product details and explain them clearly to customers. High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in basic IT systems; experience with CRM or sales software is beneficial. Desirable criteria: Proven experience in showroom, retail, or field sales; experience in bathrooms, interiors, or home improvement is a strong advantage.
