Job Responsibilities: Prospect for and develop relationships with a variety of exciting and dynamic customers in our target market. This involves cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn marketing and attending networking events. Conduct client meetings via phone, zoom and in person. Partner with our marketing team to build your personal brand on social media and create engaging content to attract clients and candidates. Headhunt for talent and conduct screening calls whilst building a network of candidates in your technical niche. Host networking events and become a thought leader in your specific technical market. Manage the interview process with both client and candidate from submission to offer stage and handle offer negotiation. Essential Criteria: A minimum of 12 months experience in a B2B sales role Strong work ethic. This is not a 9 to 5. You’ll be pushed, developed and challenged and we only accept people willing to got the extra mile.
