Pay: £12.75–£21.55 per hour (depending on shift)
Location: Coleraine
Shifts: 7am–2pm or 10am–5pm
Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join a busy catering team in Coleraine. You’ll be preparing quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing and cooking meals to set menus and dietary requirements
2. Ensuring safe food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
3. Supporting menu planning and portion control
4. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
5. Working effectively within a busy catering team
6. Following all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Requirements
7. Previous cooking experience is essential
8. Ability to work both shift patterns
9. Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Reliable, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
