About the Opportunity We are seeking an Office Administrator Commercial Division to provide structured administrative and document control support across commercial projects and construction operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining organised records, supporting reporting processes and ensuring the efficient flow of information between project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. The Role The Office Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative and document management support to the Commercial and Operations teams. Key responsibilities include: Collating and assembling project documentation and Operations & Maintenance manuals Maintaining filing systems and document control registers, including version tracking Supporting compliance and quality documentation processes Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes Assisting with preparation of reports, presentations and structured business documents Managing project correspondence through operational or project management systems Supporting procurement administration, including purchase orders and supplier records Maintaining accurate data across spreadsheets and internal systems Handling general enquiries and incoming calls as required About You You will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a structured environment. You will likely bring: Experience in administrative, office support or document control roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Confidence using digital filing or project management systems Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and work independently A practical, solutions-focused approach to organisation and process improvement Qualifications A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience is desirable but not essential.
