We're partnering with a globally recognised media and entertainment organisation renowned for delivering some of the world's most visible digital experiences. As the business continues to modernise and scale its creative and interactive web platforms, they are investing heavily in best-in-class real-time 3D and immersive web capabilities. This is a senior, hands‑on engineering role where you'll shape how flagship campaigns and brands appear on the modern web building high-performance, visually rich experiences that run at global scale.
What You’ll Do
* Build high-performance single-page applications using AstroJS on top of React
* Develop immersive WebGL and OpenGL‑driven experiences, including moving and interactive 3D sculptures
* Implement rich animations and transitions using GSAP, including parallax, text, and image effects
* Integrate 3D assets (created in tools such as Blender) into the browser via WebGL
* Translate UX/UI designs from Figma into production‑ready code
* Work within a CI/CD environment, delivering quickly in a lean team
* Balance creative ambition with real‑world constraints, understanding that timelines can occasionally shift
What You’ll Bring
* Strong JavaScript fundamentals and modern React experience
* Hands‑on experience with AstroJS or performance‑focused front‑end frameworks
* Solid experience working with WebGL / OpenGL and real‑time 3D on the web
* Confidence using GSAP for complex animation workflows
* Ability to bridge design and development, ideally with a design background
* Experience working in fast‑paced, lean teams where priorities can evolve
* A proactive mindset and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have
* Shader / GLSL experience
* Motion design or animation background
* Agency, studio, or experimental interactive work showcased in a portfolio
