Recruitment Specialist Salary: £35k Benefits Location: Worcester (Hybrid flexibility) Reports to: Head of People & Culture Be the Driving Force Behind Exceptional Hiring Our client is a trusted leader in Technical Services and Asset Management with a national presence. As their Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of how they grow bringing in the right people, in the right way, at the right time. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that every hire supports the companies mission and standards. You’ll be the go-to expert for compliant, efficient, and high-quality hiring across a fast-moving organisation. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end recruitment process from needs analysis and sourcing to offers and onboarding. Ensure compliance with employment legislation (Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR) and maintain audit-ready processes. Manage systems and data integrity, ensuring seamless integration between Sage HR and payroll systems. Partner with line managers on workforce planning, succession, and strategic hiring decisions. Build and nurture talent pipelines including direct sourcing and university partnerships. Analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to inform decision-making at board level. Control the recruitment budget, balancing quality with cost-effectiveness. Who You Are 3 years’ experience in in-house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with strong recruitment focus. Deep understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance. Confident managing high-volume, multi-role recruitment campaigns. Skilled in ATS and HR systems (experience with Sage HR preferred). Analytical mindset able to interpret and present data-driven insights. Excellent communicator and negotiator who thrives under pressure. Ideally CIPD Level 3 or higher, or REC-qualified (CertRP).
