We have ambitious internal growth plans at Operam Education Group and I’m looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join me in our Group Value Creation team in Manchester City Centre. Together we will build our internal talent pipeline of recruitment hires across our brand portfolio, shape our onboarding to be best in class and support both existing teams and new locations to grow.
This is an internal role, but it’s far from slow-paced or transactional.
You’ll be:
* ✅ Headhunting and attracting top recruitment talent
* ✅ Building and managing strong talent pipelines
* ✅ Partnering with senior leaders across 8 brands
* ✅ Playing a key role in our growth and hiring strategy
* ✅ Helping shape onboarding, engagement, and team culture
This role is all about impact,building teams that support schools and deliver real outcomes in education.
I’m especially keen to speak to recruiters early in their career who are already making an impact. Agency, internal, or Rec2Rec experience welcome, but you must be proactive and confident in headhunting.
