Travel Manager Duties: Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the small sales and administration team Ensuring processes are followed and the team is motivated, supported and performing at their best, all while maintaining the high standards our clients and partners expect. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure targets are met, processes are followed, and the team continues to grow in a positive, productive way. Ensure all team members are meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and sales growth Provide coaching, feedback and development for team members Oversee HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and absence management.
