About the Company
I am partnering with a highly meaningful organisation to recruit an interim HR Operations Manager / HR Consultant. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) for 6 months.
Your New Role
This role supports the delivery of HR Operations across the client's Guildford and London offices. It is a generalist position involving recruitment, HR advice, employee relations, and wellbeing. You will lead a small HR team, coaching and mentoring junior HR members. The role also includes project work such as policy reviews.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, prior team leadership, and the ability to start immediately.
Benefits
Up to £55,000 FTE, hybrid working, on-site parking.
