This holiday park is moving into a exciting phase of it development and already has an excellent selection of facilities onsite and a very high holidaymaker occupancy rate. The company are offering uncapped commission and looking to develop and expand the park to increase the owner base and get the park to its full potential. This in turn offers fantastic selling opportunities on the park for both owner part exchange and new customers.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

* To sell caravans, new and pre-owned, dealing with all sales enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
* To develop the ability and knowledge to sell our finance packages
* To be aware of all costs involved in a transaction, so that a high level of profitability can be maintained at all times
* To be aware of market trends and to be able to adapt to maintain sales targets
* To develop new marketing ideas or strategies to arouse a high level of interest within our customer lead bank and also for new customers
* To provide a telesales service to existing lead bank customers to generate more sales and interest
* Provide a high level of customer service to our current owners, keeping them informed of changes on the Park
* Being responsible for reporting caravan warranty claims to the Warranty and Aftersales Co-ordinator
* Providing any support needed to the Sales Manager, aiding them to run an efficient and well organised office The Person:

* To have a friendly and outgoing personality

* To have excellent communication skills and the ability to to converse with all customers
* Computer knowledge is preferred, although not essential
* Good telesales skills with a high level of knowledge of your product
* To be a good team player that can operate in a fast thinking environment
* Good influencing skills, required when dealing with customers
* To be an organised and planned individual

Working Pattern:

* Off-peak season: 5 days per week
* Peak season: 6 days per week

The Position:

You will actively promote, assist, and secure profitable sales of Holiday Homes to completion for retail customers, in line with company procedures and objectives. You will learn all aspects of Holiday Home Sales and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.

Salary:

* Basic salary: £25,450 gross per annum, paid monthly in arrears on the 5th of every month, subject to statutory deductions and commissions.
* Sales Commission Scheme Bronze 2% of margin Silver 3% of margin Gold 4% of margin Platinum 5% of margin Margins, Targets and Bonus Structure to be discussed once employment commences.

Hours of Work:

* Off-peak: Generally 9.30am – 5.00pm, 5 days per week
* Peak: Generally 9.30am – 6.00pm, 6 days per week
