About the Role
We are excited to announce that Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor for a primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde. This role involves supporting Key Stage 2 students, helping them overcome behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting students in Key Stage 2 as a learning mentor.
Offering flexible full-time hours with weekly pay.

Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Empathetic and an attentive listener.
Able to form strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Warm and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Your Responsibilities
Providing a supportive ear for students facing behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties.
Working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Collaborating on action plans to help students reach their full potential by overcoming barriers.
Liaising with parents and caregivers.
