The Role
* Full-time HR Officer role

* Support day-to-day school HR operations
Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment and safer recruitment processes, onboarding, absence management, policy implementation, and HR administration.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in an HR Officer or similar HR role
* Education-sector experience desirable
* CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards) preferred
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Legal right to work in the UK
