Exciting opportunity to support a growing business and lead a professional HR team in an organisation offering bespoke support packages for children and young people who are in the care of local authorities - with passion and compassion. This is a stand-alone role and you will need experience of safer recruitment in a Children’s services environment. This could be social services, healthcare, care sector or an educational setting. The business is a mix of self-employed and employee status staff between 50 -100 strong. You will be dealing with Compliance and Policy, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Training and Development and overseeing the HR Administration. Your experience will be: Human Resources experience of safer recruitment with experience in Children’s Services is essential Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills. Adaptable, flexible and open minded. Able to manage a heavy workload in a busy and ever-changing environment.
