Are you:

* Someone with strong administration and organisation skills, who enjoys working within a fast-paced business?

Working at Innserve, you'll enjoy:

* A salary of £23,000-£24,000 per annum (pro rata for the length of the fixed term contract).

This role is anticipated to last for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Your typical day:

* Supporting the People Team with HR administration tasks such as payroll, absence, recruitment, correspondence, data reporting, contractual administration, and maintaining confidential records.
* Managing shared inbox queries and ensuring timely actions, collaborating with team members.

You'll already have:

* Previous administrative experience, ideally in a similar role.
* Confidence and professionalism, with discretion and confidentiality.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
* Teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Comfort with remote and office work, with a high level of autonomy.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments; HR knowledge is a plus but not essential.
