Standard shift hours are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:30 PM. However, flexibility is expected in order to accommodate the operational needs of the business and specific guest requests.
Your role in our family:
* Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and service standards of fitness areas
* Monitor client attendance, equipment use, and support daily gym operations
* Handle bookings, schedules, and admin for all fitness activities and programs
* Conduct fitness inductions, evaluations, and support guest journeys
* Deliver training programs tailored to individual needs and goals
* Motivate and guide members on the gym floor; lead small group classes
* Provide expert advice on exercise, equipment use, and injury prevention
* Cover fitness classes when needed and manage instructor schedules
* Deliver personal training sessions, develop your PT client base, and maintain records
* Ensure all tasks meet the high service standards set by the Fitness Manager
