HR Administrator

Are you interested in HR? This could be your opportunity to excel as an HR Administrator and play a vital role in helping our business succeed.

As our company grows and develops, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a proactive, reliable HR Administrator to enhance our company by providing a full range of HR services across SOCOTEC UK. You will embody our core values and work both independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Assisting with recruitment activities such as reviewing and posting job adverts, producing contracts/offers, and managing documentation for new starters.
2. Administering the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
3. Supporting our payroll team with various tasks as required.
4. Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Previous HR experience is essential.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* Effective workload prioritization and multitasking skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
* Experience handling confidential information.
* Proficiency in electronic and hard copy record management.
* Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office and strong numerical skills.
