We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and reliable HR Administrator to join our team. You will play a vital role in enhancing our company by providing a full range of HR services across SOCOTEC UK. It is essential that you embody our core values and behaviors. As a member of the HR team, you should be able to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with key recruitment activities such as reviewing and posting job adverts, producing contracts and offers of employment, and ensuring all necessary documentation for new starters is complete.
* Managing the administration of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
* Supporting our in-house payroll team with various tasks as required.
* Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in an HR environment is essential.
* A desire to work in a fast-paced administrative environment and meet tight deadlines.
* The ability to prioritize workloads effectively while managing multiple tasks and maintaining excellent customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
* Experience working with confidential information is essential.
* Comfort with maintaining and updating electronic and hard copy personnel records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent numerical skills.
