Essential Competencies
* Work experience in a similar environment as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or a similar role.
* A valid driver's licence.
* Knowledge of Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.
* Amazing project management skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
* Ability to deal with different personalities and remain calm.
* A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual.
Role & Responsibilities
* Understanding the plan of the project.
* Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
* Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
* Supervising the construction site along with the contractor.
* Managing daily activities on the site.
* Ensuring plans are adhered to.
* Ensuring raw materials meet specifications.
* Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
* Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
* Negotiating with contractors and vendors for the best price.
* Developing technical solutions for problems delaying projects.
* Maintaining project documentation.
* Adhering to all environmental and safety standards.
