We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a racking installation project with associated conveyor works. As we will be acting as the Principal Contractor (PC), the successful candidate must have proven experience managing sites in a Principal Contractor capacity, with strong knowledge of health & safety, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations for racking and conveyor installation works.

Act as the Principal Contractor Site Manager, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations.
*
Manage site inductions, RAMS, permits, daily briefings, and reporting.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and work schedules.
*
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
*
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Required Certifications & Competencies

Black CSCS card (essential)
*
SMSTS (essential)
*
First Aid at Work (essential)
*
IOSH or NEBOSH certification (preferred)
*
Strong understanding of racking installations and conveyor systems
*
Experience working as a PC Site Manager on industrial, warehouse, or logistics projects
