The Role
As the Site Manager, you’ll:
Lead and oversee all electrical works within the kitchen and bathroom maintenance and refurbishment programs.
Ensure strict adherence to Company Health & Safety Policies and work closely with Health & Safety Managers and Advisors.
Maintain and produce up-to-date Health & Safety records as requested.
Ensure compliance with Environmental and Waste Management Policies.
Manage and motivate site staff, providing training and support to enhance performance. You
To be successful in the role of Site Manager, you'll have:
Proven experience in site management with a focus on facilities maintenance.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
Knowledge of Environmental and Waste Management compliance.
