Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and materials to support the project.
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the site.
* Mentor and develop junior staff on site.
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven track record in managing high-value sites.
Compensation
Salary of around £50k–£55k plus benefits.
Location
Suffolk, near Ipswich.
