About Job
As an Assessment Developer, you will:
* Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to design reliable, fit-for-purpose assessments.
* Ensure assessments meet Ofqual General Conditions and align with DfE and Skills England requirements.
* Create inclusive and accessible assessments that minimise barriers to learner success.
* Monitor assessment validity and reliability using data, and drive continuous improvements.
* Share expertise in assessment design and contribute to organisational best practice.
* Keep up to date with assessment theory, digital innovations, and sector trends.
* Support the rollout of new digital platforms for assessment delivery.
The Ideal Candidate

* Strong knowledge of assessment methods, tools, and techniques.
* Proven experience in developing compliant and innovative assessments.
