We’re expanding our sales team in Swindon and are hiring for two opportunities:
* Field Sales Executive, working face-to-face with clients across the region
* Telephone Sales Executive, based full-time in our Swindon office
Both roles are central to driving growth across Wiltshire, working with SMEs to deliver tailored advertising and marketing solutions that genuinely make an impact.

Salary £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. OTE £32,000 - £40,000 in Y1.
Key Responsibilities
* Across both roles:
o Identify and win new business opportunities with local SMEs
o Build strong relationships using a consultative sales approach
o Recommend tailored advertising solutions across print, digital and wider media channels
o Manage and grow accounts to maximise long-term revenue
o Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI
* Field Sales Executive:
o Attend face-to-face meetings with clients across your territory
o Manage your own diary and sales pipeline
o Build long-term partnerships through in-person engagement
* Telephone Sales Executive:
o Generate new business through outbound calling and virtual meetings
o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high activityConvert leads into customers through effective questioning and closing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Motivated by targets, progression and earning potential
* Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
* Field Sales Executive (essential):
o Proven B2B sales experience
o Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
o Confidence working autonomously and managing a territory
* Desirable (Field role):
o Interest in media, advertising or digital marketing
* Telephone Sales Executive (essential):
o Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week in our Swindon office
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
o Resilient and confident with outbound calls
* Desirable (Telephone role):
o Previous B2B or outbound sales experience
o Interest in media, advertising or digital marketing
