HR Administrator – Part time (22.5 hours)

About the Company
Our client operates within the charity sector; this role is a standalone position reporting into the CEO.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle.
The organisation is looking for someone confident, proactive and capable of using their initiative. A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
1. Supporting the full employee lifecycle
2. Managing right to work checks
3. Coordinating onboarding processes
4. Preparing contracts and offer letters
5. Processing DBS checks
6. Maintaining accurate employee records
About You
7. Strong administrative and organisational skills
8. Excellent time management and attention to detail
9. Confident communicator with a proactive approach
10. Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
11. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
12. 6–12 months’ HR experience would be highly advantageous
