Location: Buckinghamshire Jaguar Land Rover.
Contract type: Permanent, full time.
Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission).
Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00, Sunday 11:00‑15:00). One day off per week and weekend rota.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person.
* Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
* Negotiate the final price for the sale.
* Complete relevant paperwork for each sale.
* Liaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, ambitious, and hardworking. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required and you may be expected to drive prestigious cars.
