* Salary £47,500
* Onsite role based in North Bristol

The Role
* Partner with senior leadership to deliver and shape the people strategy
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance and engagement
* Lead a small HR function with direct line management of one team member
* Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession initiatives
* Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and reporting
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
* Strong UK employment law knowledge with practical application
* Experience working within a growing or evolving business
* Confident managing stakeholders and influencing at all levels
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
