HR Administrator – £28k + Benefits

Location: Maidenhead (Office Based), Full time, Permanent.

Are you passionate about improving employee experience and looking to develop in a role where you can make a real difference? We are looking for an organised, energetic and proactive HR Administrator to join our team during a pivotal time of growth. You won't just be pushing paper; you’ll be part of our journey ensuring we continue to support the business through this period.

You will have an opportunity to play a key role within HR, getting involved in many different areas including the onboarding process, feedback sessions and a variety of projects depending on business requirements, developing your knowledge and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support across all HR functions
* New Starter Experience - Supporting with induction planning and onboarding
* Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation involved with the employee lifecycle
* Handling HR queries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting absence management and maintaining accurate records
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
* Be involved with employee feedback leading to continuous improvement


About You

* Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn
