As Sales Executive you will be joining a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will be learning all about the product, delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in sales along with running a profitable retail centre. This role is all about developing business opportunities, managing and building relationships.
Based in Gateshead, Newcastle this role is full time and permanent, Mon to Fri offering a starting salary of circa £27,500 and an OTE of £32,000.\n\nKey Accountabilities for the Sales Executive:\n\nDrive your self development by engaging with the training programme\nUndertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction\nIdentifying and researching new business leads\nGrow customer accounts via targeted cold and warm calling\nVisiting customers weekly to demonstrate products\nManage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies\nAssisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service\nConduct stock takes as requested\nRe-stocking/replenishing items\nUnderstand the range of company products\nAdministration of sales orders received\nAdminister any returns\nHandle parts enquiries\nAttend training, meetings and company events onsite and at head officeSkills and attributes required for the Sales Executive:\n\nExcellent customer service skills\nAmbitious, proactive and driven\nKeen interest in your own self development\nAbility to build relationships with customers and colleagues\nClear communication skills, both written and verbal\nHighly organised\nHigh degree of computer literacy\nCustomer centric individual\nFull UK driving licence essentialWhat's in it for you?\n\nStarting salary circa £27,500 and an OTE £32,000\nThis is a great opportunity to join a market leader and very stable company, who offers an amazing culture and progression opportunities.
