* Warm, patient, and solutions‑focused with high expectations for every student
* Confident communicating with students, families and multi‑disciplinary professionals
* Experience supporting students through transitions or into post‑16 provision is desirable
* A background in youth work, psychology, education or social care is an advantage
To Be Eligible You Must:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Have an enhanced DBS certificate already on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
