Sales Consultant - Probate
£29,000 to £34,000 base salary, average earnings £47,000 (uncapped bonus) plus great benefits.
Monday to Friday, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (4 hours).
Remote - UK | Full‑time.
We're looking for Sales Consultants to join our growing Probate Sales team. At Co‑op Legal Services, we do things differently. We're here to help people through some of life's toughest moments, making sure they feel listened to, supported and treated fairly.

What you'll do
* Have thoughtful, respectful conversations with clients by phone and video
* Understand their circumstances and what matters most to them
* Explain probate and estate administration services in clear, simple terms
* Help clients decide whether our services are right for them
* Manage your work using modern digital systems
* Work towards agreed KPIs, supported by a close‑knit remote team
What you'll bring
* Experience in consultative sales or a customer‑focused role
* The ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and care
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* The confidence to explain things clearly without jargon
