Job- Senior Site Manager
Salary -£100K TAX FREE
My client are looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee two mid sized projects in the beautiful Cayman Islands!
Previous experience of working overseas in logistically challenging environments would be advantageous. If you have experience of working with a main contractor and would like to explore opportunities in the Caribbean, then take a look at the below.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5-10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with a proven emphasis on finishing.
- Strong background managing custom homes and renovations.
- Mastery of luxury materials, bespoke installation methods, and high-end craftsmanship standards.
- Ability to read and interpret intricate architectural details, elevations, joinery drawings, and designer finish schedules.
- Exceptional eye for detail and uncompromising commitment to quality.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-service skills.
- Proficiency with construction management and documentation platforms.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining luxury-level standards.
