About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team and provide vital support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department across all day-to-day operations.
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
* Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete.
* Respond to internal HR queries and assist in maintaining a positive employee experience.
* Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.
* Ensure HR databases and systems are up-to-date and compliant with data protection policies.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (1+ years preferred).
* Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
