HR Officer Ballymena Attractive salary Private healthcare/enhanced pension We are hiring for our client, a growing construction business based in Ballymena, who are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in a broad and varied generalist HR role. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting both Head Office and operational sites. The successful HR Officer will work closely with managers and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, reporting, wellbeing initiatives and wider HR projects.
