Opulence is a vibrant bar and dining venue in the heart of Llanelli, offering quality food in a relaxed and stylish setting. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our small kitchen team.
The Role:
As Chef, you will support our Head Chef and take charge of the kitchen on their days off. This is a hands-on role in a small but busy kitchen, where teamwork, consistency, and high standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Maintain food hygiene, health & safety standards
* Assist with stock control, prep, and cleaning schedules
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for cooking
