Core Responsibilities
* Lead the talent acquisition strategy for our agile consultancy pool.
* Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding).
* Foster a high-performance culture aligned with our values of "human ingenuity."
* Manage employee relations and wellness initiatives.
Required qualifications
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in People Ops.
* Experience hiring for tech and consultancy roles.
* A passion for building diverse, inclusive, and agile teams.
