Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Up to £45,000 per annum
Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, and free on-site parking.
What you’ll be doing as the HR Manager:
* Act as the main point of contact for all HR matters across the business
* Support managers with day‑to‑day HR queries and provide clear, practical guidance
* Manage employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and probation processes
* Review and update HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with current employment legislation
* Line‑manage and support an HR Administrator
* Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting as needed
What we’re looking for in an HR Manager:
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an Advisor or Manager
* Experience in managing or mentoring others is useful
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment such as manufacturing or similar
* CIPD qualification helpful but not essential
* Confident in supporting and advising managers in a clear, down‑to‑earth way
* Organised, approachable and willing to take ownership of workload
