Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standards and specifications within their section/speciality.
Main Responsibilities
* Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and specifications within your section/speciality in accordance with food safety procedures.
* Team Leadership: Direct the tasks and train any commis chefs or kitchen assistants working in your section.
* Section Management: Run a section of the kitchen to the required standards, including maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas.
Requirements
* Chef De Partie Background: Strong and consistent Chef De Partie background.
* Culinary Skills: Excellent culinary skills with great attention to detail.
* Leadership Skills: Good motivator and able to work well within a team.
* Communication Skills: Immaculate personal presentation, outgoing, passionate, excellent customer service and communication skills are required for this highly visible position.
