Registered Nurse (active NMC PIN)
to join our Quality Team in a senior, influential role.
Reporting to the Quality Director, you'll lead on clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across our residential services — driving improvement, managing risk and supporting nursing leaders to deliver consistently high standards of care.
We're looking for:
Strong residential nursing experience
In-depth knowledge of CQC & clinical governance
Confident leadership and ability to work autonomously
Essential car user role | Enhanced DBS required
