Salary up to £32,000 based on experience + bonus (OTE £38,000)
The parent company is a US-founded home-services franchisor with 40 years of experience, launched in the UK in 2010. Its six UK premium brands now span 330 locations with over 4,000 operatives.
One of its premium brands is a market-leading kitchen makeover/refurbishment specialist with 90 UK franchises. It is multi-award-winning and highly regarded in the franchise sector. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team.
Purpose of the Role
Drive revenue by converting warm B2C leads—individuals who requested a quote but did not proceed—into booked home or showroom appointments. Support franchisees and maximize sales conversion through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Essential Skills Needed
* Proven B2C telesales/sales-executive experience with a strong conversion track record
* Skilled in nurturing 'warm' leads via calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach
* Confident on the phone; resilient under rejection; excellent listening and objection-handling skills
* CRM-savvy: accurate pipeline management and data entry
* Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple leads and appointments
* Proactive, self-motivated with an 'extra-mile' attitude
