Summary
Specialized Fabrication Equipment (SFE) is a global leader in providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for critical industries, offering specialized fabrication tools, advanced orbital welding systems, and portable machining equipment. The successful candidate will exercise HR responsibility for the company’s international teams in coordination with the Chief Commercial Officer and the corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of performance and solid international HR experience, particularly in the UK, France, Germany and the UAE.
Responsibilities
* Manage Human Resource systems, processes and initiatives for the international teams
* Develop and implement recruiting systems and processes for each international region
* Understand the business and advise on potential impact of proposed actions on the company’s HR systems, culture and overall employee morale
* Provide coaching and counsel to managers on effective employee relations
* Serve as internal consultant to managers and advisor/mediator in employee situations
* Implement HR plans and policies for each international region
* Develop and manage international salary and benefits programs
* Ensure legal compliance in all HR-related areas.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or greater in related field
* 7-10 years of experience in HR, with the majority outside of the US
* Must be able to communicate clearly in English
* Basic aptitude in French and/or German
* Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work well within a team
* Good business acumen
* HR experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
