Working with a fantastic company with offices in North Leeds, this team are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who is available immediately who can support this busy HR function for an ongoing assignment. This hybrid role will see the successful candidate working Tuesday- Thursday in the offices and then Monday and Fridays can be remote based. Supporting a small team with the processing of HR related tasks from onboarding new straters, liasing with agencies and managing payroll queries. The successful HR Administrator will be an outstanding team player, have excellent MS Office skills and be able to pick up on new systems. Day to day responsibilities will include; Monitoring the Payroll mailbox inbox Onboarding of new starters Supporting hiring managers with recruitment process Updating holiday spreadsheet Cecking input of new starters and leavers Managing leavers Support ad hoc administration requests This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small yet busy team, where you will commit to this long-term role, the successful candidate will have; Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge Minimum of 12 months HR administration experience Excellent attention to detail Adaptable Happy in a processed focus role Strong communication skills If you have the above skills and experiences and can commit to this long-term role, please send your CV for consideration
