The Role: Cook - Line Macau Kitchen
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all food items properly according to orders and plating instructions, avoiding waste.
2. Follow and prepare items on the prep list or as directed by the supervisor, maintaining quality and freshness.
3. Ensure quality standards through visual inspection of vegetables, fruits, and meats, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
4. Set up the pantry, manage supplies, stock and clean kitchen areas, and keep the workstation tidy.
5. Use a calibrated thermometer to check food temperatures for safety.
6. Maintain sanitation buckets with proper bleach-water ratios.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Punctuality and reliable attendance.
4. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
5. Ability to pass a background check.
6. Professional appearance and appropriate attire.
7. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
