Job Title: General Joiner / Labourer - Precast Production Location: Antrim Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (flexible hours available) Rate: Up to £20 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Joiner or Labourer to join our team in Antrim, working on the mould and shuttering process for the production of precast concrete products. You don't need formal qualifications - just a good work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in joinery, construction, or working with timber or concrete would be an advantage, but not essential. Main Responsibilities Assist in building and preparing moulds and shutters for precast concrete production. Carry out basic joinery and assembly work using hand and power tools. Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate mould setup and construction. Support the pouring, setting, and finishing of precast products. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Work as part of a small, friendly, and hardworking team to meet production targets. Requirements Previous joinery, construction, or site labouring experience desirable but not required. Ability to understand and work from technical drawings. Ability to use basic hand and power tool s safely. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills. Strong attention to detail and a good attitude to teamwork.
