Elevation is excited to be working with a solution based software company who are looking for new sales professional to add to their growing team to drive further drive growth and reach new heights.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage internal sales processes such as order processing, contract management, and quote generation.
* Generate, maintain pipeline and track sales leads using the CRM database, producing necessary reports.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational market and government policies to identify growth opportunities
* Engage with key decision makers and senior leaders
* Make contact with potential customers via multiple channels and managing the whole sales process
* Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Account Manager or Sales Executive).
* Experience working in a high-performing, target-driven team.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other administration tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
* Team player with a proactive approach and strong individual contribution.
* Experience in the education sector or a solid understanding of the educational landscape.
* Exceptional presentation skills and commercial acumen.
